Data Requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or other applicable action relating to your personal data.
Send your request to [email protected] and identify the ICTUM experience concerned: ICTUM, Relumia, Curatora or MorphAmp.
We may request limited additional information when reasonably necessary to verify identity and protect personal data.
Requests will be handled within the time limits required by applicable data protection law.
What to include
- your name;
- the email address you used with the service;
- the relevant product (ICTUM, Relumia, Curatora or MorphAmp);
- the type of request (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, etc.);
- enough detail to help us locate the information concerned.
We do not require government-issued identification by default. If stronger verification is needed for a specific request, we will explain why and limit any extra information to what is necessary.
Product-specific notes
Relumia
Include the email address used for early-access registration or your Relumia workspace login. If you no longer have access, tell us when you last used the service and any alternate contact details we may have on file.
Curatora
Include the email used on Curatora interest or concept-validation forms. Describe whether your request relates to marketing communications, form data or another interaction with the Curatora site.
MorphAmp
Include the email used to join the MorphAmp waitlist or early-access list. Note if you also contacted us from another address about MorphAmp.
